The NT Custom Builders Association will require all its Association of members to far exceed the laws of Texas at this time. Every member will be finger printed and sent to the FBI for status approval. Another requirement will be the research of company and individuals past history and submission to drug testing for all.

NT Custom Builders Association will be an exclusive membership. These association of custom builders will become for the public, the trusted builders.

The NT Custom Builders Association of builders will be the most unique homes built in North Texas with a selected membership in the association.

Build to Suit homes have the benefit of working outside the association products and services, however these owners will be charge for change orders for using non VLS.name companies.
